Any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is strictly used for providing our service's core functionality.
We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs for developing, improving, or training generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
All data processing is conducted solely for the purpose of delivering the specific features and services offered by our App.

Google User Data: We only retain Google user data for as long as necessary to provide our services. You can revoke access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account settings or by contacting us. Upon revocation or account deletion, we will promptly delete all Google user data unless we are legally required to retain it.
Usage Data: We retain usage data for analytical purposes for up to 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.

Third-Party Service

To ensure compliance with the Limited Use Policy, we have added the following disclosure: "(API Plugin) compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, can be found at Google API Services User Data Policy."

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by (API Plugin) will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the security of the information we collect through the App. However, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be fully secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. If we make any changes, we will update the date at the top of this Policy and, in some cases, provide additional notice (such as a notification in the App or by email).
